Qi Awareness

Qi Awareness is a simple technique which will significantly improve Qi flow if performed at the beginning of any Qigong Practice.  It is also performed anytime during the day to become present with oneself.  With an ongoing practice of this technique you will illicit an 'automatic' response and move into Qi Awareness instantaneously without going through the process.

Set the intention to be in Qi Awareness at all times!
