I am an advocate for eating in a way that cultivates, nourishes, cleanses and repairs my body, with an emphasis on seasonal, organic produce and digestive healing. “All diseases begin in the gut”, the Father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, made this statement more than 2,000 years ago.

Through research and first-hand experience, I resonated with Qigong and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory, embraced with a modern perspective, The Body Ecology Diet - of intuitive eating, preparing and cooking seasonally and eating organic and local bio dynamic produce.

With my Greek heritage, food is naturally an important part of my culture and a way of bringing friends and family together.  Avoiding certain foods doesn’t negate my love for creating beautiful spreads using the amazing flavors and food textures I was raised on. I am proud and passionate about my heritage and one of my favorite pastimes is to prepare a ‘big fat Greek feast’ for those I care about. The combination of food and friends is great for the soul, just as long as it’s the food that nurtures your body’s digestive system.
