10 slices Italian prosciutto
20 asparagus spears, woody ends trimmed diagonally
Season with pepper
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
1. Wrap 1-2 slices of prosciutto around four asparagus spears to create a bunch. (Optional you can wrap a slice of prosciutto around each individual asparagus spear)
2. Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan on high. Spray the asparagus lightly with olive oil spray.
3. Cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 6 minutes or until the prosciutto is golden and the asparagus is bright green and tender crisp.
4. Transfer to a serving platter, season with pepper, drizzle with oil oil and balsamic vinegar to serve.
